Technique Principle
How Does the Immunoassay Analyzer Work?

Serum sample
Human serum, mostly blood.

Europium/Conjugate pad
Where the Specific Fluorescent Labeled Antibody located.

Test Line
The Antigen in sample will bind with Antiybody here.

The final combination of the antigen in sample, the Fluorescent labeled dye and test Antibody

BLZ Immunoassay Analyzer is based on Specific Antigen-antibody Reaction.
- The Serum sample① droped into cassette will flow to the Europium/Conjugate pad②.
- The Antigen in sample will bind with Fluorescent labeled dye in the Europium/Conjugate pad②.
- And when the sample flow to the test line③, it will bind again with the test antibody.
The device⑤ will project light in certain wave to the test line. - Then optical sensor⑥ will detect the light engergy that be absorbed by the combination④ of antigen, fluorescent labeled dye and test antibody then the device can caculate the concentration of antigen in the sample.
Antigen-antibody interaction is a specific chemical interaction between antibodies produced by B cells of the white blood cells and antigens during immune reaction.(Wikipedia)

Does the test of FL-400 needs cold chain transportation?
No, all test do NOT NEED Cold chain transportation (except the test 25 OH-Vitamin D). All other test can storage in the room temperature 2~30°C.
