BLZ Immunoassay Analyzer is based on Specific Antigen-antibody Reaction.

 

  • The Serum sample① droped into cassette will flow to the Europium/Conjugate pad②.
  • The Antigen in sample will bind with Fluorescent labeled dye in the Europium/Conjugate pad②.
  • And when the sample flow to the test line③, it will bind again with the test antibody.
    The device⑤ will project light in certain wave to the test line.
  • Then optical sensor⑥ will detect the light engergy that be absorbed by the combination④ of antigen, fluorescent labeled dye and test antibody then the device can caculate the concentration of antigen in the sample.

Antigen-antibody interaction is a specific chemical interaction between antibodies produced by B cells of the white blood cells and antigens during immune reaction.(Wikipedia)

Does the test of FL-400 needs cold chain transportation?

No, all test do NOT NEED Cold chain transportation (except the test 25 OH-Vitamin D). All other test can storage in the room temperature 2~30°C.
